The directory contains information on many different types of distress, as well as articles, news, and events. To ensure the professionalism of our website, all counsellors have provided us with qualifications and insurance cover or proof of membership with a professional body.
RESILIENCE INFORMATION
The UK Resilience Website is run as a news and information service for emergency practitioners by the Civil Contingencies Secretariat at The Cabinet Office. The website is split into three main sections: Emergency Preparedness, Emergency Response and Recovery and Emergencies.
This website has information on how you can help yourself and others in emergencies. Much of this information is based on common sense advice and may seem obvious or familiar to you, but this has saved lives in the past.
